Retruns/Refunds

How do I return?

We’re working towards reducing the amount of plastic we use. When returning your items please put all items into one parcel bag and attach one returns label (regardless of the items coming back.) We’ll do the rest - once your parcel reaches us we’ll scan each item individually and credit them.

Refunds

Please allow time stated in the table below for your return to be credited to your Next credit account, or refunded to your credit/ debit card, Klarna, paypal, apple pay or gift card/ e-voucher.

Christmas Returns Policy

We know there’s nothing better than Christmas shopping to get you in the festive spirit. 

We also know that sometimes you might change your mind. That’s why we’ve extended our Returns Policy. Any items ordered between 10th November and December 25th can be returned up until 7th January. 

Just make sure your unwanted gifts are unused, in its original packaging and with the tags attached.
